Loyal A. (Tony) Slechta has been involved in the Florida Roofing industry for more than 23 years. His experience spans the entire gambit of roofing applications, both commercial and residential. He has a working knowledge, a continued commitment to education and a dedication to solving clients roofing problems. Tony's dedication is also apparent from his build time for Habitat for Humanity in Guatamala. Tony believes that a home gives a family a foundation to weather the storms in life.

She has 18 years experience in accounting and has spent a significant amount of her time in the estimation, review and negotiation of contracts. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
